How do I know I'm going to get a good tenant?

We will meet with the tenant and extensive checks on rental references, income and rental history.

The Condition Report.

There will be a fully documented report of the condition of the property before a lease commences which will include extensive photographs of the property.

Inspections.

We will conduct inspections initially after the first 3 months then every six months thereafter. 
We will email the report to your family's nominated email address.

Rent and Lease Reviews.

As part of our service you will be contacted 2-3 months prior to the end of the lease agreement.

Rental Payments.

Rent will be disbursed into your nominated account. In the event a tenant is late with rent we will immediately contact them to find out why and continually make contact until the rent has been paid in full. Should we not receive payment within 4 days after the due date we will make contact with you to discuss further options.

Maintenance.

The tenants will have a responsibility to report any maintenance in writing to our office. We will have available contractors that are fully licensed and insured to attend if you require. We will make contact about all repairs or requests and discuss options with you.

Insurance.

If you require any information and assistance on landlords insurance we are able to assist based on our experience.

Online Portal.

We will give you access to our online portal allowing you to access information on your property this includes rental statements, rent paid to dates and any outgoings paid on your behalf if required.
